What are polymer clay earrings?
Polymer clay earrings are lightweight, durable accessories handcrafted from artist‑grade clay. Each pair is shaped, baked, sanded and sealed by hand, making every piece one‑of‑a‑kind.

Are your earrings handmade?
Yes. Every pair is individually crafted, baked, sanded, assembled and packaged by hand in small batches for exceptional quality.

Are the colors exactly as shown?
Colors are represented as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Please note that a marbled clay slab has quite a bit of variation by design and the pair you receive may look somewhat different than the pair pictured but will most certainly be from the same batch/slab.

Why are my two earrings not exactly alike?
Due to the unique handmade nature, each piece may have slight variations.

🌸 Wear & Care

Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Not at all. Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight — even large statement pieces feel feather‑soft on the ears. Some of the earrings are slightly heavier with the addition of charms/pendants but I try to keep those on the lighter side as well. If you have any questions about a specific earring's weight, reach out and I'll be happy to provide that information.

How do I care for my earrings?
Each piece should be handled with care. Store them in a dry place, avoid bending the clay, and clean gently with a soft cloth. Makeup marks can be removed with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab. Metal components can tarnish or darken over time especially if exposed to water and oils. Use a soft jewelry cloth and/or apply a small amount of cleaner, such as Brasso® to revive.

Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. All posts are made with hypoallergenic materials such as stainless steel or 18k‑plated options depending on the style. All are nickel free.

🎁 Custom Orders

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. I offer custom colors, shapes, designs and even pet‑portrait earrings (from your photo). Contact me and let me know what you'd like to see come to life. Note: Most custom orders are priced at a slight premium.

How long do custom orders take?
Custom pieces typically take 1–2 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume.

📦 Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 3-6 business days.

Do you accept returns or provide refunds/exchanges?
Due to the nature of earrings, all sales are final and I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. I will always do my best to make it right.

💕 Materials & Quality

What materials do you use?
I use high‑quality polymer clay, hypoallergenic metals and premium findings. Some designs may include resin, foil leaf or hand‑painted details.

Will my earrings break?
Polymer clay is slightly flexible and quite durable when cured properly. While your earrings shouldn't break under normal wear, avoid bending and rough handling. Store your earrings in a box for added protection when not in use, especially when in your purse or travel bags.
